Option Six: Hog roast

Traditional Hog roast
We work with a local farm in supplying hog roast when a client would like a full pig on a spit. We have tried a number of hog roasters and only have two that we use as we are confident not only of the quality of the meat but also in the cutting.

We always provide our own stuffing, homemade sauces and breads to ensure that you are having the same high quality of food as you had during your wedding meal - there is nothing worse than stuffing made with water and a mix and a soggy white roll!

Pork loin barbeque.
The other alternative that we offer is boned and rolled pork loins - the best cut of pork, which are slowly cooked in the oven with herbs and then barbeque on an open griddle with crackling 2 types of apple sauce, sausage meat stuffing and variety of rolls
