We have a fantastic British supplier who can organise the delivery of these fantastic cheese cakes.  
 
These cheese cakes can either be used as a replacement for a traditional wedding cake or alternatively and very popular at the moment they are being used for guests as part of the evening food. We will supply crackers, bread, homemade roasted nuts, and homemade chutney and quince jelly to go with each cheese cake if desired at a cost of £2 per person  
The Hannah; 
weighs around 7kg and costs approximately £175+ £12.99 delivery.  
The top tier is a Langres which is a soft, cows’ milk cheese from Champagne It has a rich and delicate flavour. The next tier down is half a Fourme d’Ambert which is a blue cheese from the Auvergne. It is aromatic and creamy. Then we have a Devon Oke. This is made to a 17th Century recipe and is a firm, buttery cheese. It is similar to cheddar but creamier and milder. The next tier is Gorwydd Caerphilly This is a matured Caerphilly made to a traditional recipe with a full, complex flavour.This cake feeds 70 to 100 people.  
The Ophelia; 
is approximately £190.00 + £12.99 delivery and weighs approximately 9.5kg. The top tier is a Crottin which is a French, goat's milk cheese, the next tier is half a traditional Wensleydale. The next tier is a rich and creamy French cheese which is called Vignotte and the bottom tier is half a traditional Kirkham's Lancashire. The Wensleydale can be swapped for ½ a baby Colston Bassett Stilton. This cake will feed 95 to 135 people 
 
 
The Clover; 
cake weighs around 8kg. It costs approximately £180.00 + £12.99 delivery and consists of a Perroche on the top (small, fresh, goat's cheese) followed by half a Colston Bassett Baby Stilton, a whole Vignotte (French, cream enriched, delicious cheese!) and a whole Olde Sussex, which is a strong Cheddar style cheese on the bottom. 
This cake will feed 80 to 115 people.  
 
 
The Heather; 
Weighs 8kg and costs approximately £190 + £12.99 del. It consists of an Olde Sussex as the base, then a third of an Appleby’s Cheshire. On top of this is half a baby Colston Bassett Stilton and the final tier is a Dorstone which is a delicious goat’s cheese from Herefordshire.  
This will feed 80 to 115 people.  
 
 
 
The Rose; 
weighs around 10kg and costs approximately £225 + £12.99 delivery. It consists of Brie de Meaux as the base. This is the real thing, unpasteurized, fruity and full flavoured. The next tier is a Cornish Yarg which is a young cheese wrapped in nettles. On top of this we have Perl Las which is an organic soft blue cheese from Wales. The next tier is a Delice d’Argental which is a triple cream cheese from Burgundy and finally we have a Dorstone. This is a delicious goat’s milk cheese from Herefordshire. 
It will feed 100 to 140 people.  
The Isabella; 
weighs around 11.5kg and costs approximately £260 + £14.99 delivery.  
The top tier is a White Nancy which is a soft, goats’ milk cheese from Shepton Mallet. The next tier down is Pecorino Rosso which is a delicious Tuscan ewes’ milk cheese. Then we have a third of a Colston Bassett Stilton. The next tier is an Olde Sussex which is a firm, mature cheese similar to a Farmhouse Cheddar. The final tier is Brie de Meaux. This is the real thing, unpasteurised, fruity and full flavoured. 
It feeds 120 to 160 people.  
The Gabriella; 
weighs around 15kg. The top tier is a Chaource which is a soft, French cheese. The next tier down is half a baby Colston Bassett Stilton. Then we have a Vignotte which is another soft cheese made with extra cream. The next tier is a Cornish Yarg which is an English cheese coated in nettles. It is a mild cheese with a fresh taste. The final tier is Keen’s Cheddar which is a full flavoured, mature, farmhouse Cheddar. This cake costs approximately £320 + £14.99 delivery. It feeds 150 to 200 people
