We will set up an outside barbeque station and a chef will cook any of the following plus a vegetarian for your vegetarian guests;  
 
Salmon stuffed with tomatoes and tarragon  
Lamb, studded with rosemary and garlic either shoulder or loin boned and rolled, served with traditional mint sauce or hot mint jelly  
Chicken butternut squash, lime, coconut and coriander kebab sticks  
Pork with crackling, served with two homemade sauces, apple and sage and prune and apple compote  
Vegetarian kebab sticks with halloumi cheese and harrisa dressing  
Roasted butternut squash stuffed with spinach, red onion and goats cheese with toasted pine nuts

Mini jacket potatoes, with crème fraiche or butter  
Roasted potatoes with rosemary and Cornish seasalt  
Roasted root vegetables  
New potatoes with finely chopped mint and a hint of chilli  
New potatoes with plain or flavoured butter  
Roasted sweet potato wedges  
 
Salads  
Mozarella broad bean and tomato  
Garden green salad with mini herbs, tomato and cucumber  
Homemade coleslaw  
Roasted beetroot and barley  
Celeriac remoulade  
Curried rice and sultana salad, coriander and lemon grass  
Roast parsnip, butternut squash and ebley  
Watercress, rocket, walnut and parmesan  
Crunchy Thai salad  
Roasted vegetable cous-cous salad with harissa style dressing  
New potato, avocado and cress  
Carrot and courgette with a sweet vinegarette dressing  
 
Artisan breads and rolls such as walnut bread, sourdough bread, ciabatta served with butter and balsamic vinegar and olive oil dips will be on the serving stations as well as bowls on the table
